2. Orders and Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless a rush order has been placed. In that case, the order is final and cannot be canceled.

Refunds are only issued in cases where Tx Laser Customs has made an error in the engraving based on the information provided by the customer. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will replace it. We are committed to customer satisfaction in these cases.
4. Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments, as well as payments through PayPal and Shop Pay.
5. Taxes
Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within the state of Texas, as required by law.
